Who counts as a paid seat?
Only owners and editors are paid seats. Viewers stay free, so you can invite designers, QA and stakeholders to browse and review without changing your bill.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan when the 14-day Pro trial ends. Your data stays where it is, and upgrading to Pro restores the full feature set.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page whenever you like. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What are Project Packs?
Project Packs are Pro add-ons. Each pack adds 1 project and 5 GB of storage for $5 a month, and you can add or remove packs from the billing page.
